Music Mind Games Workshop

Teachers should register early as there are only 12 spots available and the workshop is expected to fill quickly! More information about Music Mind Games is available online at www.musicmindgames.com. 

Place: Michiko's studio: 9701 East Bexhill Drive, Kensington, MD 20895 (Michiko's studio entrance is not her front door. Park on Calvend Lane and enter along the path through the gate. The studio is the second door.)

Price:$30 for SAGWA members,$40 for non-members.  

Workshop payment is by credit card online at www.sagwa.org or check. Mail workshop fee checks (payable to SAGWA) to: SAGWA Secretary, 8112 Karl Road, Alexandria, VA 22308. Workshop fee checks must be received by the Secretary by November 8th.  

Workshop materials: A limited number of Music Mind Games materials will be available at the workshop for purchase. If workshop registrants would like to order materials, please complete the MMG material order form and mail with payment, check payable to Michiko Yurko, to SAGWA Secretary, 8112 Karl Road, Alexandria, VA 22308. Orders with full payment must be received by mail by Friday, November 2nd to be included in the materials order. There is no online payment for material orders on the SAGWA website. Order forms with incomplete payment or information will be returned.  

For check payments, please include separate checks for the workshop fee and materials fee payable as listed above or the material order may not be placed until separate payment is made. There will be no refunds given for workshop fees or materials ordered.
